Cam Motion Custom Camshaft LS V8 Carburetor Swap Dual Plane Intake 5.3, 6.0 LS1
- Specs: 222/230 duration on 113+4 with .553" valve lift
- Camshaft style: 3-bolt, 5150 alloy
- If your engine has a single bolt camshaft it will require a 3 bolt replacement cam gear or complete timing set, not included, available separately
- Idle Characteristics: mild performance idle: noticeable but not ”lopey”
- Strong mid range power in both 5.3 and 6.0 liter engines
- With a mild stall converter, this camshaft will have excellent drive ability
- This camshaft will pick up approximately 70 to 80 horsepower over a stock 5.3 camshaft
- Vehicle usage: street / strip; dual purpose car or truck
- Valve springs recommended for this camshaft: GM "blue" 12499224, springs not included
- Recommended transmission stall RPM if automatic: 2800 stall
- Will not work with any Displacement On Demand (DOD) or Active Fuel Management (AFM) engine, engine must be converted (DOD / AFM deleted), please inquire
